I have been a motorcycle dealer for 35 years and wish to become a sale manager for an automotovive dealership. What obstacles must I ofvercome?

You don't need to overcome any obstacles. First, there's not a whole lot of difference between motorcycle sales and auto sales, except one is a luxury and one's a necessity. Try to get someone financed is difficult for both. The big difference is an auto dealership will likely be larger and you'll have more salespeople to manage. The auto dealership might not be as family-oriented as a motorcycle dealership. But if you owned one already, you'll have no problems.
